Spain's Unemployment Numbers Continue to Improve

Unemployment is now at the lowest level since 2008, and that is no doubt why we have been working with as many Spanish clients in the first six months of this year, helping them to find the right property, compared with the whole of 2016.
For many Spanish buyers, the employment situation has been the biggest concern throughout the crises,so it is comforting for all to see the unemployment level reducing though there is without doubt still much room for improvement.

New Development of Homes in Els Poblets, Denia - Prices from 159,000 (plus IVA)

A few weeks ago, one of the trusted (and established) construction firms that we work with, Victoria Playa, launched a new development of 14 homes within a gated community in Els Poblets, Denia. The community, called "Villas Els Poblets" is made up of 6 single storey properties and 8 duplexes, all of them featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, private gardens, a parking space, plus access to a community swimming pool.
