šŸ” Summary 2017 - Ultimate Homes, Spain

Hello again and a belated Happy New Year 

It has been a very successful year ! First of all thank you to all of you for the continuous support without which we would not have been able to achieve the sales we had throughout the Alicante and Valencia regions of Spain in 2017.
We are delighted to have completed and handed over on 50 properties to their new owners in 2017, and of course we have helped many sellers or property too move on in life.
That number would in fact be higher as we have several units due to complete this month.

As many of you know, we operate in two very different yet vibrant areas, bank properties and private resale properties. Our average selling price for bank property was 77,200€ and for resale property was 130,000€ and quite a product mix is included there, from store rooms and garage spaces to private villas. 

Further to this we have sold properties to 12 different nationalities. British buyers have been in the majority, followed by Spanish buyers, but also pleasantly surprised to have worked with Australian, Canadian and Italian buyers. 

We are confident that 2018 will also be a strong year with more buyers and clear evidence that prices are going up too.
